1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time may qualify for same-business-day shipping, subject to product availability, payment verification, and order volume.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Free U.S. Shipping: Eligible orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Restrictions, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. M&S Research Peptides is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, except where required by law.

Please contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before your order ships. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please report visible shipping damage as soon as reasonably possible and retain the packaging and photographs when available.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to destinations where our products may be legally sold and delivered. Orders may be canceled or refunded if shipping is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations governing the receipt of research materials.
