1. All Sales and Returns

Due to the nature of research peptides and laboratory materials, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.

Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, subject to verification.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution is warranted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the refund is required by law or otherwise approved by M&S Research Peptides.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law. Where required by law, refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be provided regardless of the restrictions stated above.
